Family Matters: Sunday/Wednesday/Everyday

  • THIS WEEK: DOING LIFE TOGETHER

OUR NEW BROTHER AND SISTERS IN CHRIST:
What a joyous day it was Sunday as mother, daughter and son made the ultimate decision to be baptized and share that special moment with our families here at Lakeside. Stephanie, Kaylee, and McKittrick (Mac) Quilty have been worshipping with us for quiet some time along with their whole family which includes husband (dad) and 3 more wonderful teens who have become a beautiful part of our Youth Group! Todd had the honor of baptizing all three as their family and our Lakeside families and friends surrounded and celebrated with them. We can't wait to work in ministry along side this amazing family and show them how much we love them. Make sure you give them a hug or high five when you see them and welcome them to the family! The Quilty's reside at 1005 Sterling Trace, Mansfield.

CHARLOTTE ANDERSON COMMUNITY OUTREACH HOT DOG COOKOUT: LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AWAY!
School is just around the corner and Meet The Teacher is August 10th! We have the honor of serving the families once again this year as the students and staff head back to the classroom. WE NEED LOTS OF volunteers that evening at the school and at the building that day to help prepare the hot dogs and transport to the school. We have a signup sheet for donations of food items...CASES OF CHIPS & CASES OF CAPRI SUN DRINK POUCHES needed to feed 250+ people! We will serve hot dogs (all beef), chips, cookies, capri suns and water bottles! They have plenty of school supplies and backpacks so we will just be providing the meal. See Todd if you can help.
