Family Matters: Sunday/Wednesday/Everyday

    END OF YEAR TAX DONATION:

    Please remember that today and next Sunday are the last worship days to hand in any last donations of 2024. If you would like to give to the remodel fund or missions, or towards a church van, now is the time. You can also give online through our secure website and choose the drop down bar of General Fund. All funds dated by 12/31/24 will be counted fir this year. 


    YOUTH GROUP CHRISTMAS PARTY: TONIGHT AT THE GENTRY'S

    Youth Group put on your favorite Christmas sweater/shirt, bring a WHITE ELEPHANT gift (ask your mom) and join the crew at Todd & Debbie's house at 6:30pm. Invite your friends and join in the fun! Schools OUT! See Claire Moulton for details.


    CHRISTMAS EVE CANDLELIGHT SERVICE:

    Join Lakeside and our friends and families as we celebrate together this joyous season! On Tuesday, December 24th we will come together for a special Candlelight Service at 5pm. Invite your neighbors and extended family as we share scripture and sing Christmas carols. What a wonderful way to spend time as family and share this holiday together.


    WEDNESDAY EVENING SERVICES: WILL RESUME JANUARY 8TH

    Join Lakeside Wednesday evening January 8th as we come back together fir mid-week services at 7pm. 


    SUNDAY SERVICES NEXT WEEK:

    Next Sunday, December 29, we will have WORSHIP ONLY. Due to many of our teachers and families traveling there will be no bible classes or Children's Worship. Please bring your extended families that are visiting and join us for the last worship service of 2024.

    Karen McDonald- doctors deciding on cancer treatment plan at this time.


    Jahdil Bellot (son of our St. Lucia missionary) - age 13, broke his kneecap and is facing surgery and a long recovery. Please keep him and his family in your prayers. Their email is bellotdillian@gmail.com if you would like to reach out. 

    McKayla Hobbs- multiple visits to the ER for medical concerns. She is wearing a heart monitor and seeing several specialists at this time. 


    Mark Amber (friend of Kevin Smith)- his cancer has returned quiet aggressively and we ask prayers for he and his wife Liz.

    Noah (4th gr student that Kevin Smith mentors)- his parents recently separated and they are struggling with daily needs and stability


    Continue to remember: Tuyet Nguyen's family, Karen McDonalds family, Margarete Schmidt's daughter's and son, Sally (Verna Smith's mother)-strength and health and for Verna as she is her long distance caregiver, Darla Sandlin (breast cancer), Mikaela (May) Hall- leukemia, Diane Hudgens (former member-cancer).
